  • Tea Nature: Tea is a natural agricultural product. Slight variations in flavor, leaf appearance, and liquor caused by seasonal changes are natural and not considered defects.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via Razorpay.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
  • In the event of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted from your account but not received by us, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed by the gateway.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
