1. Shipping Zones and Costs
- Domestic (India): We ship across India. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- International: For export inquiries or international shipping, please contact exports@mokalbaritea.in before placing an order if the option is not available at checkout.
2. Processing and Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
- Northeast/Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
- Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by Shiprocket and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or operational delays.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS provided by Shiprocket. You can track your package in real-time using this link.
4. Delivery Issues
- Incomplete Address: Mokalbari Tea Estate is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Failed Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If the package is returned to us after failed attempts (RTO), a re-shipping fee may apply.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a full refund or replacement after the courier partner confirms the loss status (usually takes 7-14 days).
