At Mokalbari Tea, we are committed to offering high-quality teas crafted with care and delivered fresh to your doorstep. Please read this policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, in accordance with banking and payment gateway timelines.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Tea is a consumable product; therefore, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened, used, or tampered with. Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or leaked
  • The product is defective or unfit for consumption
  • An incorrect product was delivered

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team by email or call, and sharing clear images or videos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice. After verification, products acknowledged as damaged, defective, or incorrect will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the items at our facility, they will undergo a final verification check and once completely verified, we will issue a replacement or refund . Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or special offers are non-refundable unless received in a damaged or defective condition. Gift cards and complimentary items are also non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the necessary details from the customer.

Taxes and Compliance

All refunds will be processed inclusive of applicable GST, as per Government of India regulations.
